Dress Code


Be proud of yourself and dress properly. Dance is an art.

Ballet:

L1-L1b -- Any solid color leotard, pink tights and shoes.
L2-L2b -- Any solid color leotard, pink tights and shoes.
L3-L3a -- Burgundy leotard, pink tights and shoes.
L4-L4a -- Light blue leotard, pink tights and shoes.
L5-L5a -- Lilac leotard, pink tights and shoes.

Combo classes -- Light blue leotard, pink tights and shoes.
Pre-school -- Pink leotard, pink tights and shoes, tutu or skirt is optional.
No cover-ups and no jewelry are to be worn in class.
All hair must be up and secured tightly in a bun for all Ballet Classes. Hair must be out of the face (i.e., no "bangs"). Pre-school classes are exempt from this requirement.

Jazz:

All Levels -- Any solid color leotard. Suntan, Pink or black tights. Tan jazz shoes. No baggy pants, shorts, or shirts. Fitted Jazz pants or bike shorts are acceptable. No jewelry.

All hair must be tightly secured in a bun or pony tail. No loose scrunchies.

Lyrical:

All Levels -- Any solid color leotard. Skirts are acceptable. No cover ups. (No pants, shirts, shorts, etc) No jewelry. Tan Sandal soles/or toe thongs
All hair must be up and secured tightly in a bun.

Tap:

All Levels -- Any solid color leotard. Fitted Jazz pants are acceptable. No shirts or shorts. No Jeans. No jewelry. Tan tap shoes. (advanced level may wear black)
All hair must be secured tightly in a bun or pony tail. No loose scrunchies.

Hip Hop:

Jazz sneakers. Any color leotard or sports top. No shirts, no jeans. Jazz or cargo pants acceptable. No jewelry.
All hair must be up and secured tightly in a pony tail.

Acrobatics:

Any color leotard. Tan or black stirrup or footless tights. Bike shorts are acceptable No cover-ups. Barefoot. No Jewelry.
Hair must be up and secured tightly. (braids work the best)

Musical Theater/Vocal/Dance

Any solid color leotard. Suntan or black tights. Tan jazz shoes. No baggy pants, shorts, or shirts. Fitted Jazz pants or bike shorts are acceptable. No jewelry.
All hair must be tightly secured in a bun or pony tail. No loose scrunchies.
